Does 112 work everywhere?
Not necessarily. The 2016 Cabinet Secretariat article announces a gradual roll-out managed by regencies and cities 1. Whether 112 is active in a given regency today was not checked. Keep 110, 113 and 118 as well.
What about 119?
119 is widely listed in the press for medical emergencies, but it was not found on an official page read for this file. Use 118 for an ambulance 1 or 112 where it is active.
