Welcome to the Silent Uprising Rebel Game (SURG).
Phaenyx is not a game in the traditional sense. It doesn’t play by the usual rules. A quiet surge unfolding in plain sight. You won’t find usernames, comment sections, or feeds here. There are no profiles to polish, no posts to perfect. Just presence and Signal.
Your objective is simple, but the path is not. You rise through the ranks by being scanned—or by scanning others like you. Each encounter in the real world earns you progression. One scan, one point. Some scans may give more. Every signal is earned in silence.
To begin, enter your email to Activate your Signal. This grants you a unique QR Signal—your digital identity. No login. No social media. No ads. This is your only access, and your first step.
You start at the Witness level. From there, your climb begins.
There are 9 known Signals in the system. Each one unlocks deeper access, gear, and visibility within the movement. When a new level is reached for the first time, it’s unlocked for everyone—but only the first player to do so receives the title and the gear for free. That Signal becomes theirs forever.
How It Works
Scanning someone or being scanned both give you a point
You must reach the required point threshold to unlock the next Signal
Only unlocked Signals allow access to that level’s gear

🛑 Note: Only the first person to reach a new level unlocks it and get a FREE HOODIE. Once unlocked, it becomes visible and accessible to the rest — one surge changes the whole system.
Each new Signal level brings more. More reach. More recognition. More power inside the system. More points per scan. But make no mistake: this isn’t about speed. It’s about presence.
Everything happens in real life. You scan. You get scanned. That’s it. No shortcuts. No trading. QR Signals are non-transferable. Your rise is your own.
Soon, geofence activation will expand the system. When enabled, anyone within range of a signal unlock will feel it — a discreet ping in their device. You won’t see who it was. Only that something just shifted near you. The silent uprising grows more connected, yet still invisible to outsiders.
You are NOT a follower. You are NOT a user. You are a Signal. And only your actions count.
